The Body Systems is a touch kiosk application designed to teach human anatomy. This project was envisioned as a potential installation in the St. Louis Science Center that would encourage active engagement in an area of study I felt the museum was lacking. The applications works by letting the user touch different regions of the body on the right side to display corresponding information on the left. The ability to magnify sections of muscle and bone as well as reveal the structural layers of anatomy encourages deeper exploration and learning than other forms of passive engagement.
